This solicitor company was assigned to me for my car accident, I didn’t have a choice but to accept them and went along with it. From start to finish my case took 14 months. My case was simple I had whiplash , should pain and back injury. When the company signed me on initially everything was all good. After assigning me to a physio therapy I wasn’t really contacted until I intervened back in October last year and started to actually push them to resolve my case asap after my physio was done. I had to provide documents that I had already sent to them over and over again. I had to contact the firm to prompt them to take my claim to the next stage. The final point was when I had called minster law about an update and they said they have just submitted my claim (in March 2026 ), they told me they did this in December 2025. Also minster failed to let me know that my offer from the other party was actually the final offer - Minster law only told me this after I had called them for an update. This firm is very unorganized and chaotic. Be prepared to chase up matters and spend a good time on waiting for the phone to be picked up and they’re emails are ignored / not answered. Please avoid don’t ruin your peace. My settlement by the way was £600.01 and they claimed they’re legal costs are £2000.
