Unfortunately, my experience with the buyer’s solicitors (Samuel & Co) was very disappointing. The sale of my shared ownership property was made far more stressful than it needed to be due to slow communication and enquiries being raised very late in the process, despite the sale having been progressing for some time. I completely appreciate that shared ownership can be more complicated, but the lack of organisation, last-minute requests and the fact that the solicitor was only available two days a week made communication particularly difficult. I also found his manner on occasions to be unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, which added to an already stressful situation. Thankfully, my own solicitors were fantastic and did everything they could to keep the sale moving. Overall, a very frustrating experience that I would not recommend. I would not recommend these solicitors.
