Cate delivered an excellent webinar for ILG Community this week. She spoke with empathy and answered questions in a clear and concise way. Her presentation was informative and to the point. As someone who has a Personal Health Budget, I am so appreciative of the time Cate gave us and the way she dealt with the many questions asked by our community. It can feel quite lonely trying to navigate care systems and advocate for ourselves, not to mention exhausting. Having this webinar really helped me and others get to grips with rights and processes.I learnt a lot and felt more equipped as a result of tuning in.
