Well there are some super reviews and it seems Natalie is super good. We however used another guy for the purchase of our daughter's first home, at the start they stressed the importance of having a retainer (apartment) to cover some previous bills that maybe left from the previous owner which is normal practice. They missed this and we are now recieving bills and we have contacted them numerous times.. when we finally got an answer it felt like we really didn't matter, in there own words "you will have taken the seller to court". Now tell me if I am wrong, isn't that why we use solicitors?? Terrible experience Ps, they also forgot a portion of there bill and sent it us after the event, we paid it as soon as we got it no questions asked, makes you wonder doesn't it
