We used Talbot Walker to sell our property earlier this year. We were very impressed with Lauren and Meghan from the start, both were very professional, proactive in keeping us informed of updates and clearly explained everything happening. A much better experience than our previous house move. Things progressed very quickly without too much stress, although obviously if someone else in the chain has less effective solicitors then delays can still happen. Would highly recommend.
