Would leave 0 stars if I could. Richard is extremely unprofessional. He does not complete any work without payment up-front yet is claiming he has not been paid for work (so that he can charge me yet again!) and is refusing to release legal documents to me, he initially charged me for a document he knew I couldn't use and is now trying to charge me for the usable version. Why charge me for something knowing I could not use it? He will also add unlawful charges onto your bill and refuse to give you a detailed breakdown of what he is actually charging you for. He is rude, and it's actually quite scary that a man like this can be appointed to take over such serious financial/legal affairs. I cannot advise enough that you steer well clear. He will insult you, berate you and lie to your face while brushing over facts and ignoring SRA guidelines and not providing the service he is supposed to provide, whilst charging you for the pleasure!
