More importantly, you have no authority whatsoever to issue proceedings against LW or any of the other owners at the property in relation to the recovery of service charge.) So NICK WALKER confirms its fine not to pay Service charge demand for three years and that you can't take the legal action. This is very bad advice from a solicitor. Anyone knows the simple law of leasehold you have to pay service charge demand the freeholder has the right to recover unpaid service charge demands through legal action and cost will occur. It seems like two things Nick Walker doesn't know what he's talking about, or trying to show he's a solicitor to scare off us requesting the service charged demand, for him to go all the way and tampering with the emails. Surly he should be struck off as a solicitor. Tempering with emails from a solicitor is fraudulent wouldn’t go anywhere near them. Good thing in the UK can always use the SRA to report solicitors so anyone who’s having issues don’t hesitate to do so. We are looking forward to the SRA’s findings regarding this very disgraceful solicitor Nick Walker
