I used John Kent at John Kent Solicitor to complete the sale of my Father's house - the transaction was completed in 6 weeks included a Power of Attorney, Probate and I live 450 miles away so not a straight forward property transaction. It was actioned by phone, email and post. John was recommended to me by a colleague who had used his services several years ago and everything she said was true, if I ever need to use an English based solicitor for any future transactions I will be back.
