We were very fortunate to have a Senior Associate defending a case we brought against a company. She missed every tribunal deadline, didn’t read a single document sent to her, used templates to “save time” but neglected to check the content or any of her work, made damning false accusations that couldn’t be substantiated, and actively bullied and intimidated the disabled claimant for more than a year without apology. She intentionally dragged out the case for 11 months longer than needed at substantial cost to her client and for no additional benefit to anyone other than her employer.
