I have just gotten off the phone to this business. I sent an enquiry to them via email on July 7th. It's now July 21st and I'd received no response whatsoever so I decided to ring them. Girl on the phone told me "if you haven't heard anything back we wouldn't be able to assist". I said "you wouldn't be able to assist...?" I was confused by why they wouldn't have the curtesy to inform someone of this and apparently just expect any one who enquires to be psychic! She said "that's right yes, if you haven't heard back from the firm" I said "well that seems extremely poor. So you just ignore people?" Her response was "we wouldn't get back in contact with them, no". Pretty appalling for a solicitors firm to be honest. Takes nothing to send a quick email. Suppose they're rated as 3.7 stars for a reason 🤷🏼♀️
