I had a very positive experience with John Gibson. He was extremely patient and kind throughout the process. When I arrived, some of my documents were not prepared correctly, but he took the time to go through everything carefully and even helped me try to fix the issue without charging anything extra. He also kindly rescheduled the appointment for me to make sure everything could be completed properly. He was very responsive over email and clear in his communication, which made the whole process much less stressful. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support. Highly recommended.
