From the moment we walked in the experience at Brethertons was very pleasant, helpful and reassuring. A lovely lady on reception showed us into a comfortable meeting room and we only waited a few moments before Sameera came to join us. She was excellent! So pleasant and professional and made the whole experience so easy - thank you Sameera! She explained everything clearly and simply, was very prompt and efficient in what she did, brought us a lovely cup of coffee and from start to finish the whole process was conducted smoothly , swiftly and was exactly what we had hoped for. Also the offices felt very accessible for my elderly mother. Many thanks Sameera and all at Brethertons.
