Gareth was amazing. Had it not been for him, my case would have been closed and I wouldn’t have walked away with a penny. However, thankfully for me, he picked up my case and it settled for a compensation amount I’m more than happy with. I had 5 other solicitors look at my case, with 2 of these dropping the case stating it had no merit to win, with the other 3 not willing to take the case for the same reason (based on what the previous solicitors stated). I found Mooneerams online and fortunately for me, Gareth looked into my case. We were 4 months away from the statute of limitations expiring, and thanks to him, the other side admitted they breached their duty of care, an unbelievable result after 2 and a half years of them denying this. Had Gareth not looked at my case, I would have taken the word from the other solicitors that it had no merit. To say I have been pleased with Gareth’s handling of the case would be an understatement. He has been patient with the multiple emails I’ve sent asking questions, explaining things in detail and fully informing me all throughout the process, always providing a response quickly.
