Very happy, Leanne helped us pay off our help to buy loan in a very timely manner. She kept us informed throughout the process and if at any point i wanted an update, she provided the detail i needed. Her knowledge of the process meant that potential obstacles were identified before they materialised, then dealt with before they caused any delays. I was also given clear instructions for what i needed to do at each stage. I had high expectations of the work being done in a timeframe that is much faster than typical given our circumstances, I'm delighted to say this was more than met. Thank you again.
