I used this firm five years ago and received very good service. Recently, I contacted one of their conveyancers who had assisted me with the purchase of my house in the past. However, after sending a couple of emails and my estate agent also sending an email with the memorandum of sale, we received no response or acknowledgment. This experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. I am now using a different firm that is much more efficient. Unfortunately, I lost time waiting, which delayed the sale of my house.
