I was pretty disappointed with how Emma Drury handled things while working in a professional role at the solicitors firm. You’d expect solicitors to treat sensitive information carefully and professionally at all times, but from what I experienced, that standard wasn’t met. I found out that confidential client information had been discussed without permission, which really shouldn’t happen. I think the firm should take another look at how they handle confidentiality to ensure situations like this are addressed appropriately. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending their service.
