DO NOT HIRE! Hired on recommendation from my estate agent. Billur and Desislava were assigned to me unfortunately. They were the weakest link in my property purchase. The lawyer and paralegal both were not engaged with the process. Even after paying expedited fee they were least bothered and never moved needle until chased half a dozen times each time. Had to coerce every step. Not proactive at all. They received confirmations and informations from other party timely on which they sat on for days and never passed the ball until enquired. One was on holiday and the other was over worked and they switched roles on that. I wish my company gives me that many holidays. They sat on my mortgage offer twice and could not make sense which offer was recent. On completion date they quoted wrong sums and had to redo last minute. It was my first time buying and they had no proactive guidance. Horrible experience. More than 7 months of completion has passed. Haven’t received my land registry title deed still. Had to chase again. Awaiting response still. AVOID AT ALL COST!
