My husband was using Copland an sons He paid for a service to be done which to our acknowledgment had be done until we looked a year down the line that infact has not been done and the company has now got no interest in helping or explaining in why this hasn’t been done. My husband rung many times and every time would be told he would get a call back a never did. This has been absolutely appalling on their behalf. I would advise no one to use this company
