Lodders have been dealing with my aunts estate. My experience has been stressful and unprofessional. Paperwork sent has been lost, there has been a data breach of my estate account documents which were sent to another completely unrelated estate. It has taken months and months, far greater than a fairly uncomplicated estate should take. I have had to chase replies for emails , my questions weren't answered, and even now, after several reminders, they spell my name incorrectly! Surely the very basics? I absolutely do not recommend this firm at all.
