Worst experience I've ever had ! An unnecessarily aggressive and unconstructive approach throughout, combined with a shallow way of thinking and a complete lack of fairness. Actions taken without prior instruction from the client, in relatively simple and standard processes, intentionally prolonging the situation, only to issue an overinflated bill in the end! Inefficient and inexperienced representatives, apparently driven by self-interest than by genuinely resolving matters in a fair and constructive manner.
