We had a very positive experience with Charlotte and her colleague Jess when buying our new house. Everything was very clear, efficient and stress free. Both were very communicative when I had questions or asked for an update on the process or stage of purchase. Having Jess support Charlotte for administrative matters meant we were able to get responses to our emails which busy solicitors would take longer to reply to.
