Avoid this solicitor at all costs. What should have been a straightforward process turned into three months of completely wasted time. Jessica’s communication was highly unprofessional throughout. At one point, she advised us to find an additional solicitor. To confirm that we accepted her request, she charged us £300 and was meant to prepare documentation for the second solicitor. Despite verbally confirming everything, transferring the funds the same day, and even booking an appointment with the second solicitor, Jessica failed to prepare any of the required documents. When questioned, she initially claimed that we had never confirmed anything. Once I mentioned the deposit we had paid, she changed her explanation to: “I didn’t expect you would find a second solicitor so quickly.” Shortly after, she chose to stop providing her services altogether simply because we raised concerns about her lack of professionalism. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Fortunately, we found another solicitor who handled the matter properly — they confirmed that a second solicitor was not even necessary and made more progress in two weeks than Jessica did in three months
