We needed some urgent work on will writing and LPAs in light of my wife’s terminal diagnosis. Gabriella at Acumen was fantastic. She took time to understand our needs, shared paperwork quickly and efficiently and was incredibly empathetic to our situation. Unlike some solicitors I have worked with, she is great communicator which meant she listened as much (if not more) than she talked. If only the firm’s offices were accessible to people who struggle to/can’t climb stairs!
