Zara Cowan was a lovely lady. Very friendly smiling. On first impression made me feel very relaxed and calm. She explained everything perfectly she told me very clearly what to say and what not to say. Explained it slowly and made sure I understood . And asked me if it needed repeating it. She asked me if I need to ask questions. I feel much more calmer before the interview. During the interview she sat next to me made me feel safe and more secure. She made sure she I was reminded what to say during interview she kept pointing at the screen for me to read. She kept looked at me smiling which made me feel calm as heart rate was a bit high. At the end she gave me a card to contact in the future if need support. Thank you so much Zara for all your help advise god bless you.
