I only write reviews when the service genuinely warrants it, and this absolutely did. On the practical side: the price was agreed upfront with no surprises. And even though the buyers seemed determined to slow things down at every stage, Eden was always ahead of it - consistently sending us weekly updates without ever needing to be chased. For us, that was the most important thing. Nobody wants to be left in the dark during a house sale.
