Disappointing service from the Residential Conveyancing team. Nothing appears to be modernised. Communication was very slow, and the overall process was lengthy and full of errors. Documents were lost — I sent a full pack, and some items went missing, which meant I had to resend them by post. There was also a lack of basic and essential checks, resulting in the final title document being issued with a spelling mistake in my surname. I had to point this out myself, rather than the team proactively checking such fundamental details — which is precisely what I am paying the firm to do. For your own peace of mind, choose a different firm.
