Very dissatisfied and disappointed, used recently for other matters which were fine albeit there were delays in communication. However, on this occasion i received no responses from my requests for updates to the point i asked for an invoice and closure. The invoice was unfortunately as initially expected but there was a lack of information that was expected re land registry which was part of the discussions /requirements as solicitors have a far greater ease of obtaining such information. Extremely disappointed at the service received and unfortunately would not return as a client. Advise others to provide written confirmation to the solicitor of your specific requirements in the first instance do that any work/invoices must reflect completion of your requirements.
