Do not use this company at any cost !! Andrew is not to be trusted . He failed to write all information within attendance notes to the in-person hearings. Covering up abuse and human right removal. He is absolutely corrupt beyond words . He will not provide all documents including cost related documents from my legal aid certificate. This is now pending investigation. He failed to identify an independent social worker as ordered by the court and this resulting in an unfair trail and removal of my rights to choose my own independent social worker as order . He did not communicate with the three chosen ISW to get confirmation in time and find out if they could report within the correct time-frame and costs . Leaving a now severely and evidenced bias assesment of the father from the ISW that was picked by the severe abuser father . He is a known child and women abuser and the court is considering allowing a child back to him because of Andrew’s failures . I believe this was done purposely by andrew with the assistance with professionals involved . I lost contact with my child due to Andrew’s failure to arrange this with the local authority . My child is unlawfully in care and was removed from the father’s care during contact following years of concerns for his abuse towards her and myself . The judge kept granting unsupervised contact then removed the child and refused her back to my care with no given reason . I have another child in my fulltime care that’s 18 months older than the child in care and with no professional involvement or concerns what so ever . Andrew failed to carry out their legal duty to me a client resulting in significant consequence in my case and potential future harm to my child . I will not be letting this go at any point and I severely urge nobody to use this firm . They are evidently corrupt !
