I cannot recommend Katie Birch highly enough. She is clearly a skilled and experienced professional will drafter and senior advisor, but what really stood out was the care, sensitivity and understanding she showed throughout the whole process. Katie organised my will incredibly quickly and made what could have felt like a purely legal process feel very personal and supportive. She offered much more than just legal guidance — she listened, reassured me and gave me an ear at a time when I did not even realise I needed one. Her service was professional, efficient and genuinely compassionate from start to finish. I am extremely grateful and would not hesitate to recommend her.
