I am a commercial mortgage broker and my client is using this firm for their conveyancing i have left 3 messages and 2 emails in the past week with no reply. The client has given his permissions for the solicitor Mark Heywood to liaise with our company but as of yet he is refusing. This is costing the client an immense amount of money. There is a complete lack of urgency from this firm stay clear 04/08 One day before completion and the solicitor has sent the wrong search how incompetent. Clive Thomas
