We were partway through a probate buyout with a transfer of equity which had stalled due to what we deemed as poor advice and guidance from our broker. After weeks of being told "no" and never being given a solution, we instructed Hughes to help, and from that day forward things actually happened. Nicole and Maddie were brilliant; they were always prompt in replying and it was so good to have someone fighting our corner for once. I cannot thank them both enough for their help in seeing our purchase over the line to completion. We will be forever grateful.
