I paid £250 for consultation, we had a zoom meeting and i was told the appointment should be postponed to another time due to the adviser having family issues and crisis !!!! So we briefly had a chat for almost half hour to schedule another one ! Meanwhile we were waiting for their email for necessary documents for our case which we didn't receive any ! We decided to withdraw and emailed asking for some of the money back but we die not get any ! I feel i was rubbed paying £250 for some advise which I could get from google or chat GBT ! I feel I was rubbed and not treated fairly . DO NOT RECOMMEND THE FIRM AT ALL
