Extremely disappointed with the service received from Walker Morris LLP. What should have been a straightforward remortgage and purchase transaction was riddled with delays, repeated errors, and a severe lack of communication. Due to their poor handling of the case, we’ve now incurred unnecessary financial penalties, with more looming. Their lack of urgency, accountability, and client care has been beyond frustrating and financially damaging. On top of that, the solicitor handling our case was frequently unavailable, failed to escalate time-sensitive issues, and rarely answered phone calls Would not recommend if you value timelines, transparency, or basic responsiveness.
