Instructed this firm for a court matter and would not recommend them. Communication was poor from the start – emails and calls repeatedly went unanswered and I had to chase constantly for updates. I was then quoted a fee higher than I’d been led to expect, and when I simply queried the difference, the firm treated my question as a “conflict of interest” and withdrew from acting weeks before my hearing, leaving me to find new representation at short notice. A brief phone call would have resolved the whole thing. Disappointing and stressful experience.
