Think very carefully before involvement with Orrick UK. Awful experience with Orrick. In my dealings with the firm as an opponent in litigation, I found their conduct extremely concerning. Orrick clumsily sent a bundle of around 1,200 pages to the wrong person, which included sensitive medical and pension-related material. Fortunately, I flagged the issue before the document was opened. Had I not done so, highly sensitive material could have been accessed by an unintended recipient. They are now being sued. Yes the company instructed to sue is being sued!! Unbelievable. The SRA regulator also issued Orrick with a 2024 letter of advice following my complaint about correspondence in which Orrick sought to get me to withdraw Pensions Regulator and FCA complaints. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Orrick.
