What a dreadful experience. Mine was relatively simple conveyance transaction (no chain from buyer or me the seller). Staploe gave a wonderful lesson in how NOT to communicate with you…. no matter how many times you call or leave messages. Staff changing regularly in my case and then the file getting picked up by someone else made things worse. Both my Estate Agent and buyers Solicitor hadn’t seen anything so bad. I wish I had checked out the reviews first. I don't like leaving poor reviews as can be a bad reflection on a business, but avoid like the plague.
