After a year and a half, my experience with this claim has been nothing short of exhausting and deeply disappointing. I suffered a serious injury while carrying out constant repetitive heavy lifting at Toyota, where I was repeatedly lifting well over a tonne of weight per hour as part of my job. As a result, I suffered two hernias, yet I never felt that my case was given the attention or seriousness it deserved. Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly asked to tell the same story to different solicitors. Despite 18 months passing, my case was never sent to a barrister, and I was never arranged to see an independent medical specialist to properly assess my injuries. Instead of making progress, it felt like my claim was simply being passed from one person to another. After all this time, they decided to give up on my claim, leaving me feeling completely let down and as though my injuries and everything I had been through meant nothing. The lack of communication, commitment, and support has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If this is how they treat someone with a genuine workplace injury, then other customers deserve to know what they may be facing.
