We recently used RR Williams for conveyancing on a house sale and purchase. There were some legal issues with the house we were purchasing. Sales and purchases had gone through in the past with it but Stephen Williams picked up on a legality that had not been dealt with in the past and raised issue with it, along with some other issues. He answered our questions and after a few months (due to incompetence of vendors solicitors) with the tenacity of a territory dog Steve was able to give us the good news that the purchase was going through. We are in our new home now. The fees were excellent value. Would recommend
