Emma Speak was brilliant throughout, keeping me updated when required and explaining the process as things happened. Emma even dealt with the results of my new home survey whilst I was away on holiday, highlighting areas of concern to the sellers and ensuring these issues were dealt with in my absence. Of particular mention is Daisy Court who was just incredible throughout. I’m sure everybody going through the house buying/selling process knows the stress levels involved and despite at times feeling like I was bombarding Daisy with questions, she was always incredibly polite, professional and answered all my questions promptly.
