Been waiting almost a year to get an invoice to close my account, which I don’t even remember signing up for - it was through a 3rd party website for car finance. Have contacted them several times, they said a lovely email saying that if I cancel now I would have to pay over £900 for work that had already been done. What work? Had no evidence of anything. The claims aren’t even moving forward currently so a load of rubbish. Has caused me sleepless nights and months of unnecessary stress.
