At least three weeks to respond to emails. Clearly disinterested in my case. Sends misspelled letters without my say so. Insists I respond to SAR requests at my considerable expense but its not a big deal if the other party ignores those same requests. Needs reminding of the particulars every conversation despite all the information being sent to them. Left me hanging for 4 months with no significant new information only to hear I: 'Don't have a particularly strong case' having previously told me 'They'll probably settle.' If they'd read the evidence I had sent properly I'd have been told that in January rather than dragging out my distress until May at the cost of several thousand £. Highly unsatisfied for £350ph considering I literally could have written those letters myself, and would have spelled them correctly. Pleased to see so many other positive outcomes, perhaps their cases were more interesting, but of course, they never had to take my case in the first place. You'll be pleased to learn, however, that despite taking multiple weeks to respond to my communications they were always very prompt in billing me. Lawyers gonna lawyer I guess.
