So slow, like been awkward and rude to their staff. Past all questions to Ecaterina Pandelea she past onto Sorlicitor they were on annual leave as usual and then tell me they needed my partners details because I’m married when he doesn’t live with me yet I applied for legal aid way before I was married, I’m not very happy and it’s disputing they think about money and not a child’s welfare, my son doesn’t want to be around his dad and he does cocaine but yet hard to get evidence of that! He’s got history if violence from myself and other women and even a 13 year old! You wonder why lots children end up with mental health issues as my son been depressed lately from been isolated from me and solicitor's and social services don’t care. I also spoke to someone name Alex with this company and he was been funny asking for 3 months bank statement which I sent ages ago then had to resend to him then resend to Pandelea and she had cheek to keep asking for screenshots of save the change when I shown that’s it’s my bank transferring that on my savings but I don’t actually have savings as soon as random little bits go into my savings I need to use it on bills and shopping! They are proper nosey money grabbers and absolutely rude and don’t know what they are doing! Don’t fool for their rubbish find someone better it’s their loss of earrings that they don’t want help they trying make out of you because they are like government they are greedy because they rather help rich people. Legal aid doesn’t hardly exist anymore I’ve tried a lot of places.
