So disappointed, being new to the area I needed a local solicitor to act on my behalf. I called into the Holywell office, explained the situation to the lady at the desk she confirmed it was something they were able to assist with, as 2 other local solicitors said it was something they didn't deal with. I was told Sian would be in contact within a few days to arrange an appointment and start the proceedings. Disappointingly no contact was made as agreed, I left it almost 2 weeks and still no phone call. I decided to go back into holywell and call into the office once again. Again I gave all the information related to the issue as I did from my previous visit and again I was told I would be contacted within the next few days by Sian Hughes Parry. Days went to weeks and now we are into over a month which has left me no option to seek out another solicitors to sort out this issue, the annoying part is I've lost almost 3 months now since making my 1st visit. It's so so annoying when you cannot trust the people who you should be able to trust.
