Shockingly poor service. While the firm seems busy sponsoring events and opening additional offices, basic client communication appears to have been overlooked. I was asked whether I wanted the Basingstoke or Farnborough office, as if that was the important issue. I simply wanted my legal matter dealt with promptly. After waiting several days without a call or email, I was eventually told the notary was in South Africa and wouldn't be available for a month. It would have been far more helpful to tell me that at the outset rather than after the delay. (For the record, I didn't feel them I was on a home bargains sun lounger in Buckskin) I contacted another firm instead. They called me back (with the hour), booked me in, and completed the work the very same day. Since then, I've spent over £6,000 with that firm over the last seven months. When it comes to looking after clients and winning repeat business, the difference between the two firms couldn't have been clearer. It turns out prompt communication is a far better business development strategy than opening another office.
