I used Scutt Beaumont for family court proceedings, it started with an emergency hearing attended by Prakash, and remained a complex case throughout. Nisha and Alizeh were always really helpful and good at explaining everything, but initially I was unsure of the role of a solicitor in proceedings and what to expect from their involvement, and sometimes they were quite busy but did generally always get back to me. We had the best possible outcome from proceedings however, and I left the final hearing with just a supervision order, rather than a care order or removal of my child, Nisha was always encouraging, fought in my corner and was supportive but also firm with me when needed.
