I would strongly not recommend going with Bower and Bailey if youre moving house. Comminication was so bad from my solicitor I had to complain to the partner of the firm and get a reduction in my final costs. My solicitor i feel did not advocate for me or offer any expertise and it took a month after completion to get a final statement ( which they also had to write off because it was their fault I didnt receive it) not a good experience overall.
