As a first-time buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but Saffia and Eloise at Lanyon Bowdler were amazing throughout the whole process. They were always friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. They explained everything clearly and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much easier. I always felt supported and kept informed.
