I recently completed on my first home using Cowlishaw and Mountford solicitors and they have been fantastic. I have been kept well informed throughout the process and they always made time to ensure my questions were answered, even if it was a 2 minute phone call to answer one question I had! Ange has been incredibly helpful throughout the process and I found her to be really approachable and friendly, she is very easy to talk to. Becky L also handled my purchase and she was also incredibly helpful, keeping me copied into all correspondence and again answering all my questions (especially as it's my first time in the home buying process). Additionally Ange was able to set up a quick call with my solicitor directly to discuss an additional query I had, and my solicitor was incredibly helpful (I believe it was David?) and provided me with all relevant information to make an informed decision regarding the matter. The staff at C&W have all been incredibly helpful and honest which I am really grateful for. Thanks again to all the team, I couldn't recommend them enough!
