Inconsistent, unreachable most of the time, not very helpful, seem to listen but avoids the facts, I feel failed, not for one second felt represented or defended by Nelson’s, it feels like minimal effort has been made in my family case with the Local Authorities. It’s clear from evidence that the LA have committed perjury but still I lose my battle and my Children for being unapologetically honest. Minimal Information, very little help and advice, confusing emails, verbal communication is very rare, causing me to overanalyse and worry, effecting my thoughts and feelings. Making the whole situation worse when I didn’t think it could be any worse. Probably because it’s a legal aid case. Disappointed isn’t the right word. Guaranteed this would have been a completely different ball game if I was a paying client £££££££££
