The staff were extremely rude over the phone on multiple occasions. They got angry every time I asked them to explain anything. The majority of the times I called up for an update or additional information I needed, I was met with (did you not read the email?). And weeks of no progress due to no communication as to what I needed. They also were either always too busy or taking leave. I would most definitely advise going with someone else. I don't think I have ever met someone so unnecessarily rude over the phone in my life. Especially as a professional. I got more updates from the seller and my mortgage broker then I did my solicitors who left me completely in the dark at all times. Honestly an absolutely horrible experience.
